This is a nice hotel in an area with rather few options, and well located for heading to or from the Lofoten or further north using the Bognes ferries. There are also activities here for families with children.

this hotel is fantastic. the rooms are clean and comfortable, the management really helps you- they have often made us breakfast the night before when we are departing early in the morning- and the staff are friendly and pleasant. we stay here often on work and would always recommend.

While some aspects of the facility are starting to show age (carpets worn), there is a solid restaurant for the remote location. The salmon and lamb we had were excellent.

Great stay.
Really pleasantly surprised by our stay in this hotel. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Great no frills accommodation. Place is a bit dated, but has a charm of its own. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. We were travelling on public transport, and a lift to the ferry port, 5 Kms down the road, was provided as there was no bus. Breakfast was very good with all the usual provision. This was a great place to stop, to break up a long journey north. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location for expoloring northern Norway
This lodge is located well for exploring the area. The rooms are in need of updating, however the beds were comfortable, which is the most important feature for me when staying in the hotel. The meals we ate at the restaurant were very good. The breakfast buffet which was included with the room, had lots of choices.

Room was well used, staff was indifferent to us, dinning room food was average. During late night early morning, reception was closed (locked).

A let down
Unfortunately there really is no other accommodation any where there. The entire facility including the room is very outdated. The view outside my room consisted of a heap of garbage instead of a lovely view of the water. It was quiet but we were two of a handful of people there. The food was tasteless and bland. Staff was friendly and very nice. Don,t book the cottages because the linens and towels are not included, there is fee of 200 krone person.

Väldigt gammeldags
Gammalt, men väl omhändertaget. Dock trasig toalett. Konstigt upplägg där man hyr en 4-bäddars stuga, men då ingår endast 2 uppsättningar lakan och handdukar... Restaurangen hade inget som ens liknade vego-alternativ.

VÄLDIGT ostädat, ofräscht och bara allmänt jätte äckligt!! Det var stora äckliga fläckar överallt på heltäckningsmattan, det fanns kvar efter tidigare gäster, golvet i badrummet var klibbigt m.m. Jag skulle verkligen INTE rekommendera någon att bo där!

Slitt, og det ser ikke så bra ut, men servicen var kjempegod. Veggtilveggteppet bør kastes ut. Senga var god nok, og for en reisende i natten var det akkurat det som trengtes. Frokosten var helt grei. Jeg ble mett og klar for en ny dag på veien. Jeg så ingen allergimat, men med slik god service kan det nok fikses om man ber om det.

Aufenthalt mit Sonnen- und Schattenseiten
Der Aufenthalt hatte sowohl positive wie negative Aspekte. Die Begrüssung der Receptionistin war unfreundlich. Sie war sichtlich schlecht gelaunt. Anders der spätere Kontakt mit dem Chef. Er war höflich und zuvorkommend. Das Highlight war das Abendessen. Das war wirklich gut und für norwegische Verhältnisse preiswert. So haben wir uns auf das Frühstück gefreut und wurden leider enttäuscht. Es gab zwar eine grosse Auswahl vieler eher ungesunden Speisen, aber keine Früchte, kein Natur-Yoghurt etc. Das Personal gab sich Mühe, die von den Carreisenden immer wieder geleerten Platten nachzufüllen. Sie schafften es des öfteren nicht. Die Einrichtung ist alt und müsste dringend erneuert werden.
