"In the area to attend an event at the MKBowl. So we're arriving early and then back at hotel late. Hotel (Christine) was very good in allowing us to collect our keys. Christine was very good in explaining procedure as well as checking us in etc. WiFi and parking was good, and breakfast was excellent."

"We came as a family, myself and 4 daughters for a pre wedding spa break. The rooms dl were very well appointed in the modern section of the hotel. We found the restaurant facilities to be of a high standard and the food was very good. It would have been nice to have waiter service for drinks when in the bar instead of having to queue at the bar but the cocktails were very good anyway so that made up for having to queue. The spa facilities were very nice and the treatments were very good. We would have liked a jacuzzi but it didn't spoil the experience.Great gardens for a early morning walk"
