"Excellent service, super friendly, helpful staff that were very accommodating of my husband's mobility issues. Only criticism might be terrible phone reception/WiFi, but everything else faultless. We'd definitely stay again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay ! The hotel is well managed and was spotless. Breakfast was brilliant too. My only disappointment was the tea, coffee and milk wasn’t replenished for the second night. I forgot to ask at reception before heading to our room and I’m sure they’d of supplied it had I asked. Overall a lovely hotel, would recommend ! "

"Great central Bath location and one of the best hotel spas I've visited in the UK. Not many are fed by hot spring water! If you're not planning on using the spa it's probably not worth the price, but I would certainly come here again for a special occasion."
