So the check in was very different and interesting; There is a kind person on a video Kiosk screen that will assist you with check-in, but thankfully there are also sweet and kind people that are in physically in the building to help you, and the room was fine. After checking out the next day and traveling about twenty minutes down the road, we discovered we were missing a crossbody bag. We returned to the motel and found it safe and secure with a staff member. The staff truly care about their guests."
