"Easy to access but limited free parking and £7 a day for the car park at the side payable to the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of selection for breakfast although fruit teabags would be a nice addition. Room was clean but shower tray looked dirty or marked. Could have done with being dusted on the stairs. pet-friendly. Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay at Caverswall Castle. John our host was brilliant and communicating amazingly with me in the lead up to our stay, and Martin our contact during the stay met us with a friendly smile and open arms. We did a fancy dress murder mystery night and I couldn't recommend the castle enough for such a thing, despite the resident ghosts!! 100% would stay here again."

"The check-in, the room and the breakfast were all wonderful. Th staff were also warm and friendly, however the indifference of the check out clerk, clearly preoccupied with another task, was somewhat disappointing. A cheery goodbye or asking if we'd enjoyed our stay would have made my day!"
