To access the property, there is a steep and narrow winding stair case . The bathroom is en-suite but there was no working shower . The radiator was on full heating all night making the room uncomfortably hot. There is a TV monitor placed on the table , not fixed. "We used to stay here many years back when visiting relatives in the area. Now it has turned into a Spa Resort, great for those who like and want to be pampered, no problems there, but we did find the restaurants evening menu is now very restricted for choice., plus there was always cold blasts of air, making it very uncomfortable to dine. Back in the day the then Ostler restaurant was far superior"
