there was a very strong smell of antiseptic when entering the room and we tried to overcome it by turning on the heat it made the stay unpleasant the restaurant is not functioning adequately breakfast was a joke

Clean room, loud A/ c and fridge and tissues box found with only 2 tissues, limited parking only saw security once. Otherwise very nice place to stay. Beautiful view of the dirty river. Homeless on the river walk didn’t feel very safe .

Food was fab. I had the pesto pork chops and they were great with mashed potato and broccoli, price great. Property is nice but homeless not far away in park. Rooms modern with walk in shower, comfy king bed.

Staff was really nice. Lady working the check in desk at 9pm (March 28th) was super nice and helpful. I’d been driving 12 hours and was just exhausted. She made the check in super quick and had no problems finding the reservation. Absolutely seamless process. Room 138 was extremely clean. I’m a housekeeper myself so sometimes I dread hotels. I’ve seen it all. But just had a great time and enjoyed the whole evening and morning.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, everything was very clean. The bathroom in our room was the most poorly designed hotel bathroom I have encountered. You had to step into the shower and stand under cold water until the temp adjusted. Shower stall extremely slippery and no mat provided. No towel racks. Small room, one hard office type chair for seating, would not stay there again. To top it off got charge an additional $60 ‘resort fee’ after the fact. Wouldn’t stay there agin.

The tv is tiny and didn't have an HDMI port, I loved the bath and the big window. They also have the toiletries attached to the wall. We walked to the Adventist Health Arena and watched the Stockton Kings game with a party of 10, this hotel was so close and convenient.

The homeless was noticeable. We walked to a restaurant close by (about 1/2 mile). I was a little concerned about safety. Dozens of spots cleaned up, but obviously previous campfires had burn the sidewalk.

This is a hotel more for business people, not vacationers. We were there during a storm so we were at a disadvantage. The area had alot of homeless but mostly harmless. Parts of the surrounding area are well light at night but parts are not. The staff didnt inform us about complimenty coffee until we were leaving 2 days later, did not inform us about any area amenities. Over all friendly and let us check in very early! We were so thankful! Security even brought us to our room during power outage. Heat after outage was not able to be turned back on. Over all 4.3. Most of the stuff was unavoidable for the hotel.

The property is good, the room was clean and food was good at the downs restaurant. They have limited parking. That’s what we didn’t like. There was no parking because there was an event at the arena. They should have reserved parking spots.
