We loved our room. Very very nice. However, the 2 bottles of water that were in the room had signs hung on them courtesy waters. Well, naturally we used them for our coffee machine. Come to find out the 2 free bottles are ONLY FREE for the Hilton Honors Members. It never said that on the signs so I called to see the hotel could credit the $4.00 and was turned down. Hey, for fixed income people it’s a lot of money. My suggestion is for the hotel to certainly make that known it’s not free to non Hilton Honor members. Other than that, it was a nice evening for my husband & I.

Train was passing through few times at night…. Non of us were able to sleep all night We used Valet service and Our new van was damaged ( scratched bumper whike we stayed Housekeeping manager Maria was available to talk to us and get our info but we yet to get the report

The hotel messed up my reservation twice but the staff was EXTREMELY rude and impatient and didn't listen to me or want to help. I asked to speak to the manager but they shrugged it off saying "I don't know when they'll be here." Besides the front desk staff, other staff I encountered too were rude. The only welcoming people were the valet employees out front. There was very loud noise from one of the rooms next to mine until 5am and either the staff didn't do anything about it, or they asked them to be quiet but then didn't check on them. The trains near the hotel are super loud too. My sleep was so disturbed. The room was dirty, including the mini fridge. It wasn't cooling and made my containers moldy. Half the outlets in the room didn't work and the phone didn't work either so I was unable to call for room service. There was a large hole in the window and the carpet surrounding it was moist and moldy!!! The ONLY redeeming quality is that the room was big and the bed was comfortable. Stay away from this hotel at all costs.

Sink faucet stopped working on the first night, and they did not want to change us rooms until my boyfriend had to call and basically expressed his concerns which was uncomfortable to have to do that in order to get a different room with a working faucet.

When you hold comforter up to the light it was covered with brown stains. Unsafe neighborhood. The restaurant in the motel was only open for limited hours and looted menu. Never saw the room service menu. Front deal was rude and just dismissed the issues.

Elevators were down and shaking. Staff was rude upon arrival. Rooms smelled horrible and they were very dirty. Paint was peeling, tubs coating was peeling and there was blood on the sheet.

The room were blah. With the amount you pay you should at least have shampoo and conditioner stocked but we had none. Didn’t call for room service cause we had our own shampoo and conditioner . And most disappointing was the fact other than the Lobby nothing was really up to date. Breakfast was alright and parking sucks. I like to sleep with the windows open so the noise was cray, the train is the worst.

Ugh !!
Girl at check in was picking and pulling off her fake fingernails and didn’t look up to help us — talked as she was “ working” on her nails — gum “chewed” left under the remote control stuck to the table ! someone left their sock next to the chair — makes me think no one vacuumed or they would have seen in — paper coffee cups for our coffee are not wrapped for sanitary reasons — who has touched these !!! Had dinner at the hotel after our event and we waited over 50 minutes for the food — only 2 girls working the bar and food area —and there weren’t many people eating — awful service — needed more help — should have eaten down the street !!!

Sheets were extremely dirty , had to wait 45 minutes for sheets to be replaced. Unacceptable! Very noisy. Also they charge for parking and breakfast. This place is terrible.
