Dried pee on the “sanitized” toilet seat. Verrrrry Questionable stains on the box spring cover. Shower was awful, at least in my room it was. TV remote had crusties on it. Place was pretty rough. I’m sure it’s been hard for hotels since 2020 but jeez $160 a night for that? I’ll sleep in my car.

This property was fine. However I used Expedia to book my stay and paid in advance and they required a $150 deposit that they held for a week. Ridiculous!!

This is my second time staying here. Both were enjoyable.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Will stay there again. Many Shopping and Dining options just a few miles away.

Comfy room and quiet area. Disappointed by the breakfast as the service person was in a rush to put away all of the drinks and food. There was a sign clearly stating that extra time would be given if needed to finish our meal.

The fact that the toilet in the first room, my head didn’t flush, and there was no hot water in the shower in the second room they gave me, didn’t give me much assurance that the rest of it was going to be worth a hoot. Bottom line I’ll never stay there again.
I suppose I should add the fact that the staff was very nice and cordial and the breakfast was OK.
The unique thing about my stay there was when I walked in my room and saw that nice clean bedding on that king size bed the bathroom was clean there was a fridge and microwave and your girl can't start her day off without her coffee there was a coffee machine in the room and they also had a full breakfast this will be my go to place when in Stockton

very accessible to my destinations locally and via the I-5 interstate. my floor had unseen dirt that my bare feet picked up and revealed when i took showers. staff was first rate in service and hospitality. breakfast good and convenient to start the day! will book directly w hotel in future as they promised better discounts!

We stayed here for 6 days. They kept the room clean. Breakfast is always good. I would stay in this hotel again when I visit Lodi Ca. Receptionist are very friendly. The lady in the kitchen is very nice and accommodating. We had a great experience at Best Western.
When we arrive and checked in, we found our room to be dirty and not cleaned. We called the front desk and she moved us to a new room. The rooms were ok, beds weren't great, but for one night it was fine. Breakfast was good.

Never again! New ownership needed.
Why didn’t I like the stay? Let me count the ways; 1)We were asked to show a certificate for our service dog(witch is not legal). 2)Ants all around the wet bar and bathroom sink. 3) We were woken just after getting in bed by someone who was given a key to our room and opened the door and started to walk in until I shouted. 4) The power went out in the middle of the nite for an hour stopping my CPAP to stop and waking me up.5)A homeless person in the parking garage walking around carrying some sort of junk.
Great staff--accommodating and helpful!!! The hotel is a bit old and shows its age. You also have to walk outside from the lobby, then use your key to get into another door to access the rooms. Clean and comfortable, just nothing fancy.

Problem was hotel had a power outage one hour after we arrived. Power never came back on. While it was a city issue, we had no breakfast, no hot water to shower, very poor lighting to exit in the morning Dow stairs, and no credit issued after our request.

Hello Ronald, We did our best during the power outage and the same was beyond our controls. We serve breakfast which was as pack foods only due to power outage. We were in same boat and even offered refund to all those guests, who decided not to stay on that day.
I was completely surprised when I checked in being asked to put a deposit down on the room even though I had already paid for it. Also once we got to the room we found there where only 2 towels for 3 people. I called down to get 2 more towels but they never brought us any. Also once the beds looked like something was spilt on it. This was one of the worst stays we have ever had at a best western.

Hello Jerry, Third party reservations are liable for incidental deposit and the same is mentioned to the guests by third party website as well. This is normal practice. We have investigated your other concerns and assure you that we take proper measure to fix the same.
Everything was going good until the lights went out. No back up generator. How can a company this size not have a back generator to keep lights on?
Power outage was mother natures fault. Good thing had flashlight on phone but going dead quickly. About $30 of food was spoiled.
The pool was nice but not enough pool towels for everyone.

Didn't get to stay because they don't take dogs. I booked thru Expedia app. and on there app they said they did. But when we arrived they seen that we had a sog I was i formed that they didn't take dogs. So we had to find another place to stay for the night. But expedia did make it right by contracting the hotel and explained our situation we got our money back.

We have NO - PET policy in our hotel and this is since last 2 years. We encourage our third party guests to call us before arrival to get more clarity about their coming visit
When we cheeked in was late
We asked for four waters and they gave us attitude even though we had two rooms
Once we went upstairs one of the rooms was wide open and there was evidence that someone had used the toilet and it was dry so it had been there for a while I talked to management and they were unbothered and they said it was my fault for going through a third party

The water bottles are always available for our guests at the front desk, also we have vending machine along with water dispenser in our property.
