This was a very nice hotel small, very small, it’s a bit like a boutique hotel without the boutique feeling. The rooms are nice and clean although extremely small the beds are very hard to the point where one needs to lay on an extra comforter to feel comfortable, but overall very clean, well-maintained hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and the breakfast is incredible! The only problem with this property is that it doesn’t offer air-conditioning so for a person like me I had to keep the window open, this is a very central hotel located right on top of bars, so due to my window open at all times the room was constantly filled with the smell of urine and vomit coming up from the streets

We have enjoyed our stay at Elite Hotel. It has great location, friendly and experienced stuff as well as excellent dining options. At the same time, there are couple of limitations. The room was very small and we had to squeeze between the bed and the table. Also, there was no air conditioning in the room that led to the necessity of opening the window. This created challenges because of the noise from the late evening to the early morning (shouting and loud conversations).

Sub Standard - won't be returning.
Overall, a disappointing experience at this hotel. Poor check in experience initially, we were just asked to pay the bill so we could "check out faster" - that was the check in. Room was very dated, extremely hot (the hotel is too old for air-con and you cannot open the windows due to the noise). The hotel bar/club is directly below which goes on til the small hours, with people hanging around outside. This was Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. Impossible to sleep. There are no black out blinds in the rooms so you're woken up at 430am. Emma, a staff member, attended to our complaints and kindly upgraded us but to a larger suite on the same floor which suffered the same issues (noise and heat and no black outs). She was very polite.There is also another nightclub which is opposite/right of the hotel which also is open until the small hours on Sunday night. If you're looking for a relaxing and quietly situated hotel, I would definitely not recommend this at all. A lot of money for a very poor experience and I need a holiday to get over this lack of sleep here. Other things to note - amenities are sparse, the rooms were not replenished everyday so we were left without shampoo and shower gel. The dressing gowns were old and falling aport. The slippers are small and only fit tiny feet- completely pointless. The shower was above a huge bath that was a design floor as you couldn't have a proper shower without the shower curtain sticking to you constantly.

Great location, close to both the station as well as ferries. Brilliant breakfast bar with quite a few options. Friendly and helpful staff. Beds are super comfy even in the single rooms. It can get however a bit hot during summer and due to location it might be too loud for some to sleep with the window open. Would totally stay there again.

The rooms are a tad outdated; however, the service is great and the breakfast buffet is a strong highlight. Also, in a great location.

The shower was mostly only luke-warm water with the occasional 10 secs of hot. It's absolutely the best area of the city for a tourist to stay. Totally recommended for this. Really good breakfast buffet too. Bed very, slept like a log. Room extremely quiet but I was at the back. Beware there are two nightclubs next door but I didn't hear a thing. Might want to be careful about the room.

A very nice place in Stockholm!
Helpful personnel and nice clean and very well maintained place. Well situated and good breakfast, a good restaurant and bar allowing social distance and the enjoyment of a good meal.

Overall nice hotel but mistake ruined experience
Hotel as a whole is great. Rooms nice, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice however i did not have time to enjoy it due to error from the night staff. I had forgotten my phone charger cable in the office and realised at 10pm. Reception did not have one for me to borrow and so I requested a wake up call which did not happen and so woke up late.

Hotel overpriced and lacking in basic facilities. Small room, floor painted black presumably to hide dirt, shower area constantly overflowed, no air conditioning, no fan, refusal to provide a fan even though there was one spare on front desk. Room was very hot and it was almost impossible to sleep. Eventually, late at night, a small fan was provided but damage was already done. Will definitely not stay here again, will not even consider it. Poor.

Central. Well situated - convenient to get to tourist sights and ferries. Near underground station.. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very pleasant. Breakfasts were very good. Would be very happy to stay there again.
