The hotel is easily to reach by public transportation, and we also took a train back from it to Arlanda. It was clean, interiors were new. Breakfast was excellent for this money. Sauna was warm. The staff was extremely patient and polite. Worth money paid. Will definitely returen here.

The hotel peovides a good breakfast. However there is no coffee, tea etc. in the rooms. Easy to reach the city metro lines and 3 stations away from city center.

This hotel was affordable and had excellent breakfast included! The room was clean and comfortable. The area was a perfect location as it was a 5 minute or less walk to the train station and bus stop right outside the hotel as well

Connect Hotel in Arlanda is ideal if you need to get to the airport early. There are shuttles every half hour, total convenience esp. if you have to be there early. We were booked at the Stockholm location and they switched us with no hassle.

Short two night break, basic but nice room & on suite. Nice cold buffet breakfast with good selection of foods & drink. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Is within few minutes walk of bus & train stops/station. Paul...Ashford.

We upgraded in order to have a fridge. The fridge was replaced after 48 hours. We paid extra for our friend to stay on the last night, and had arranged for a bed to be put in the room. On return, there was no bed, wet towels and no extra towel for our friend. The nice receptionist moved us to another room with Ed, towels and a clean room.

Great stay. Had a conference at Alvsjo. It was in a fantastic location for the conference. Close to the train station. The location is really fantastic! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Maybe they could have given more towels at least every other day...however, the rest of the experience was great!

During 4 days the room has not been cleaned at all and no fresh towels were put in the room. I got 2 towels when I asked but about cleaning the room I requested and nobody came. The stained carpets on hallway Ives a really dirty feeling

I enjoyed the connecting rooms. Was very nice since I (female) traveled with 2 male friends and we were able to close the doors for privacy. Depending where you were located, it could be really loud with people playing in the hallways or walking past for breakfast. Rooms further in the back were quieter.

A good and affordable place to stay
This is a good and affordable place to stay that's only a few minutes walk from the commuter train that takes you into downtown in about 10 minutes. There's also a few stores and places to eat within walking distance. The breakfast at the hotel was really good as well, and we loved the service and help we got with both parking and late check out. Especially Isabelle was very helpful and made our lives easier. :)

Great customer service!
The hotel was just what we needed. A room with a private washroom to stay for a night. nice place for the price! We had to check in late and check out early. The staff was very kind and accomodation. He even had the breakfast ready earlier for us since we checked out early. Very kind of him to do that.

Very good hotel
Hotel is 5 min by fooot to trainstation and 10 min by train to the Stockholm city center. Breakfast was excellent. I can very recommend this hotel.

This was a lovely stay. The breakfast was vast and the staff was so friendly. Station is very close to the hotel, walk is a bit sketchy from the station. Bathrooms have communal showers so if you’re uncomfortable with the possibility of showing with other people get a room with its own bathroom. Very clean and professional.

This hotel is 3 train stops from Stockholm central station & easy to walk to the local station. This hotel isn’t in a tourist area but has a supermarket & a couple of eateries nearby. Hotel has a limited menu & the same for breakfast but adequate. Staff were great. Our biggest negatives where the constant noise of trains going pass & the lack of any decent tv esp in English. We couldn’t even watch a news program & that was very disappointing esp when you spend evenings at the hotel.

Trevlig hotell med hemkänsla. Nära till buss- och tågförbindelser. Dåliga kuddar och sängarna kändes tyvärr osköna. Ingen bra frukost, men förväntade oss inte mer. Bra hotell om man ska övernatta en natt!

In the night, it was loud, till approx. 11:30pm... Just 2 towels, but got one extra at the reception... There are no TV Channels, just 2 in Swedish... The WIFI is very weak, at least in the room where I was... The Bed was very unconftable, it is very old... The elevator was not working, so there was a need to carry the suitcases into the 3rd floor... Last but not least, two times the card for the room was not working, most probably, there was someting wrong with the magnetic stripe on the card. Next time in Stockholm, I will go for an other hotel.

A hotel I'd like to come back to!
This is a small hotel I'd like to come back to. Friendly and serviceminded staff. Food was better than you might expect from a little hotel so close to a shopping center. Breakfast was quality not quantity, just as I like. Room and all common areas were clean, spotless I think. I had room 70, not the smallest of the hotel rooms. Did get good nights sleep :)
