I was on the first floor. Someone that was above use was making so much. A lot of stomping and bumping. I called the front desk it calmed down about 20 minutes later. This was around 1030pm. The next morning the noise started again around 630am. Also, the water pressure is low. When we checked I complain again. The manager on duty just said, we sent security upstairs. The breakfast was the only thing I can say was decent. We will not be staying there again

Front desk staff not reachable. Don't answer the phone, hardly present at the desk. Not able to sleep at night constant banging Noise coming from upstairs. Pillows where very hard, small and old. Call the Font desk never answer, call the 1-800 number customer service to see if they can do someting about it but could reach them eithers.

hampton inn has really fallen
hampton inn use to have heavenly beds and they were awesome. the bed we slept on was hard as as rock and the frame squeaked. it was terrible!

Exactly what I expect of a Hampton. Bit scruffy, poor breakfast, good big room with comfortable beds. Helpful reception staff. Sensible place to stay for a night having just arrived at Atlanta airport from UK before driving south.

The room was great but when yiu walked into the room it had a smell of pee and mildew. We tried burning candles, spraying room air freshner and the smell would not leave. Throughout the night the smell seem to get stronger. I believe the carpet should be pulled up or shampoo.

No water pressure and I heard from other guests that there room was scrummage through by staff, and things were taken. I did not leave any valuables as I took my stuff with me each day. There are no safes in the rooms either.

The inside of the property, in the room seemed a bit out dated.. Also the shower had old soap stains in the soap dishes which was a bit yucky, and the blanket had hair follicles on it. Other than that it was ok, however its 2023 I would think an establishment like Hampton would provide meatless options or options other than pork or beef for breakfast.

The room was huge a little dated yet clean. The bed was comfortable. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast. Overall a great overnight stay. Area has many dining and shopping options. Relatively safe area.
