Good communications before my stay and keys and codes were ready as promised. The apartment was really nice and very well equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and large fridge/freezer. Decent WiFi too. Well equipped kitchen with all the items you could realistically need for cooking. It's really handy for shopping in Andover being only 2 or 3 minutes walk from the shopping centre. Handy local takeaways and pub too. The only (very) minor issue, which is outside the control of the owner, is that the street outside can be a bit noisy around 10-11pm due to the aforementioned pub. Overall I would highly recommend Andover Apartments, especially for a longer stay when you wish to cater for yourself and be able to do your own laundry.

Great apartment with everything you need, really is a home from home, reasonably priced car parking a short walk away, right in the town centre, far better than any of the local hotels and I've used them all.

We stayed at Andover Apartments two night for our Peppa Pig World weekend. We really enjoyed our stay at Andover Apartments, everything is very clean and the beds are so comfortable. The car park is 2 mins walk from the apartment. I cannot fault Andover Apartments, we definitely will chose Andover Apartments in the future.

Outstanding accommodation on High Street in downtown Andover! Very spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. A perfect home base for visiting our daughter in Andover, and touring the beautiful Hampshire countryside!

Cute place but poor service
The apartment is nicely furnished and in a good location, but my experience there was ruined because of the service. I stayed there in December when obviously the weather is very cold. When I arrived the heating was broken and clearly hadn’t been working for several days as the flat was ice cold and I couldn’t sleep. On another occasion I got back from the gym to find there was no hot water. They couldn’t get an engineer out that day and the landlord basically told me to grin and bear it because it could have happened to me in my own home. I requested a refund for the one night to compensate for the huge inconvenience, and because I wasn’t able to use the service I paid for, but in the end the landlord ignored my request despite me chasing several times.
