Bins weren't emptied from previous occupant of room. Staff largely unhelpful apart from front desk. Breakfast was understaffed and of poor quality.

Never stayed here before , but visited Stirling a few times . Expectations of this hotel were higher than it delivered told our case would be taken up as our room wasn’t ready , it didn’t happen . Breakfast info not available , room small for what was advertised as king size , issues over availability of towels in room . Just a little disappointed
