Like many UK properties we stayed at there were 3 primary faults. Sub-standard shower, & internet along with owner controlled heating

Hello Daniel, Thank you for taking time to review you stay at my house, apologies if you found the shower not up to standard. I did advise how to use to ensure a good flow of water at a steady temperature.
Also, you had mentioned you were cold when you came in, I assumed you meant from outside and not the room. I could have given you a room heater had you asked.
The house has very fast fibre broadband with each room having its own network. You did not make me aware of a poor internet connection, if you had advised I could have looked into and fixed.
Apologies again for your stay not being up to the high standard I always aim to achieve.
