"We needed one night and this was well suited. Clean facility, helpful staff. The coffee was in the lobby😕, not great. The room was very stark, white everything. Window opened about 2 inches. Zero seating ."

"The hotel lobby decor is outstanding. The seating area is beautiful. We had a ferry building and bay bridge close up view room on the 14th floor - we are local to the Bay area and had never seen views like that from a room before. Outstanding. Room was very comfortable. The only area for improvement, if there was one is the slow pace of the lift service. Other than that, it was a memorable stay."

"The Hyatt was amazing. I love the location in San Francisco and the staff was very professional and nice. We had a wonderful room that was super clean and the buffet breakfast was fantastic. We also enjoyed the bar for happy hour and the food was delicious. Thanks for such a wonderful weekend. We will definitely stay here again when we’re in the city."
