"Horrible!Horrible! DO NOT STAY HERE!. There was literally no parking so had to pay $50 a night for valet parking. No fridge in the rooms! Ice machine was broken on the floor! There was no continental breakfast offered. I paid for what I thought was breakfast meals for my stay. Breakfast is available in the restaurant and although they advertise a buffet there was none! Had to order breakfast from the restaurant and it was changed to my room so what did I pay for when I booked the room? Avoid this place like the plague!!!!"

"We were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Waited in the lobby for 20 minutes before being told it was ready. The refrigerator was still full of food from previous people staying there. Clock on night stand hadn’t been changed since the time change. No coffee at the breakfast bar. Informed the desk since that was the only staff available. She was too busy looking at her phone to call for help. No orange juice. No one willing to get any either. Will find other accommodations on our next visit."

"The look of the entire place is fancy! The room was nice - good size, beautiful bathroom, we had a nice view of the city, a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Check in and check out was a breeze. The only slight headaches were paying $33 for self-parking and then not being able to get out without assistance from the staff as well as getting into breakfast Sunday morning. We had a 30 min wait to be seated and there were so many tables available. All we wanted was the buffet but felt like we had to jump through a few hoops to get it when it should have been simpler."

"Staff were friendly. The location was great, especially for the price. Location was literally right off the interstate and made getting to/from Kansas City and Lawrence easy. Room mostly clean, but smelled of smoke despite being non-smoking room. Also had debris/dirt on the floor. Amenities were overall good, but internet quality was not great--my phone and laptop regularly disconnected regardless of where in the room I was. Also very noisy through most hours of the night--people screaming or being loud outside/next door. I realize that's not the fault of the hotel, but definitely influenced my overall experience here. I would consider staying here again if I was by myself; however, this isn't a hotel I would recommend to others or would stay at if traveling with family."

"The staff was not helpful when asked for recommendations on locations to dine locally. The breakfast was not great, a lot of empty items and not much variety."

"Requested extra blanket with no issue. Needed extra towels with only 3 in our room and 2 washcloths. Breakfast had 2 hot items out at 9:20 am but staff able to replace 1. Staff friendly. Hotel clean but a little dated and not much extra space in bathroom or room "

"The room was not as clean as I was expecting considering how nice the lobby and pics were. For the price I am more than disappointed in the cleanliness of the whole establishment. The pool was dirty with leaves and bugs."
