Convenient location directly across from the train station. Spacious room, small balcony overlooking the square and railway station. Staff were very friendly, nice to deal with. Enjoyed the novel decorations in the lobby. Very walkable to the downtown core and Christmas markets, very popular with visitors. We would definitely return.

convenient to where I was working. Food was great. check in was easy and information provided was thorough. check out was ok, although the staff member started talking to another staff member without finishing the conversation with me.

Comfortable, clean and lovely hotel. They have done an amazing work on this near 100 year old hotel to keep it so new and clean. We requested for a quiet room and it was indeed very peaceful. And the staff are all super super helpful and friendly.
