9.4/10 Exceptional! (39 reviews)
I loved this boutique hotel. The staff were present 24 hr per day and were very helpful. They made excellent restaurant recommendations - one is right across the street. The location is ideal - both near the train station and major sights of Strasbourg.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (314 reviews)
I stayed in the remodeled area which I would recommend asking for specifically. The room was very nice, the problem was the service and customer experience. At this price point, I would expect a working television. Once it was begrudgingly acknowledged that the t.v. was on lock, calls were made- however, the situation was not resolved over my 2 day, $1500 stay. Everything else was great but when an issue as large as this (I was planning to watch movies all weekend) goes unresolved for 2 days- it kind of gives you a bad vibe. They did give me a $50 discount upon checkout but I would have gladly paid $50 to have the issue resolved and feel respected as a guest. Enjoy the spa, I would think twice about staying there- guest services need work.

8.4/10 Very good! (509 reviews)
"The hotel’s location is convenient close to both the train station and the old town, but the immediate area is a bit sketchy. Our room was on the first floor with some stairs and the elevator for this level was out of service. The room did not have a safe which was inconvenient. Breakfast was ok ..."
