"The over night clerk was very ignorant. Apparently my tv was too loud and the front desk came and kicked on my door. Then apparently the guy in room that was cleaning started beating my door down. Then got in my face and told me to turn my tv down. I am a heavy sleeper and was watching movies on Netflix and TV was not that loud as I could not hear out my door or in the bathroom with the door closed. The front desk guy when I went up to complain he said it was between me and the other guest it was non of his business asked me if I want another room. So why did he not offer the other room to the guest next door complaining. Then when I asked his name he grab his name tag and pushed it towards in a manner as he didn’t GAF. First time ever having an issue and was handle very poorly. "

"The hotel and casino were wonderful. The staff was so kind and helpful. The food was okay. We wish they had a proper breakfast available not just two egg sandwiches. //we had to go elsewhere to get breakfast which was a pain. We would definitely go back but hope they do something about the food issues."

"Perfect stay visiting our daughter at Franciscan University. Property was spacious, clean and well stocked with coffee and snacks. Enjoyed our stay very much. Will stay here again. 5*****"

"On check in we had no Air conditioners. So we contacted the host and she said she would deliver ac units. The units came at 8 pm And were 2 window units only for upstairs the next day they brought one more for the third bedroom on the second floor and none for the main floor. The property was dirty. There was a plate of food on the dining room table that was spoiled and oranges that had spoiled on a cake plate. The table cloth was dirty so we washed it and everything we used. The kitchen had sugar ants on everything. We swept and scrubbed the floors and still had dirt on our children. The second morning the refrigerator didn’t work. We used coolers and a small refrigerator for 300 dollars of groceries. They were not able to deliver another refrigerator until mid afternoon the next day. It is a large older home and the fenced back yard was nice but overgrown with lots of junk in back yard. They did mow or weed whack it on Friday afternoon after being asked to mow. The showers were nice but the handles kept coming off on the 3rd floor. The washer and dryer were convenient. The host did respond when texted but the delay to get a different refrigerator was very irritating was very disappointing on arrival and if we could have found a different place we would have "

"We enjoyed our stay at this house.We will probably stay again in the future.The kitchen was great and having a 2nd bathroom was super.The house was very clean & the wifi worked great.The listing said that there were double beds in the rooms, but aside from one queen bed, they were all twins.The carport is great to have - note it fits one car, not two.The TV is frustrating as it is not cable, but rather only some free channels (I guess it's assumed that you have your own streaming service). "
