Hotel is dated but decent. Kind and helpful staff. Easy access to some great restaurants. Pool was busy but kids enjoyed. Nice touches of the ski hill shuttle, Apres Ski hot chocolate and smores at the gazebo, and board games to borrow at front desk.

Picked this property because of it's close proximity to Lake Louise and we were able to easily walk to the lake from our cabin. The cabin was very comfortable and the complimentary coffee pods was much appreciated. We also used the convenient shuttle service that they offer for their guests to Moraine Lake. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.
