We had a great time staying here for 1 night, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the room was amazing and huge with a very comfortable bed. We had dinner in the restaurant which was beautiful, and also did a wine tasting - their Pinotage is amazing. I would also highly recommend the spa, I had a very relaxing massage there. We enjoyed every second of our stay at Lanzerac.

We had a very relaxing time at this hotel. At check in we were given a cold glass of wine and sat on the patio overlooking the vineyards. When we were ready taken to our large room with private patio. The breakfast was excellent, everything you could wish for. The evening meals were always cooked to perfection. The staff always helpful and friendly.
On the downside they had a large tour, 48 people, stay while we were there which made the hotel feel crowded and noisy, for one night. There were other smaller tours which stayed mostly one night, which was fine.
Nice large room. The owner has two very friendly dogs which were happy to cuddle up while you sat on the veranda. Lovely quiet location - you won't be disturbed by noisy neighbours - there aren't any! Very secure. Never before have I driven across a causeway to get to a hotel - it was like a moat to a castle!
