The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, underground on-site parking, and more. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and guests can shop to their heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries. THINGS TO KNOW No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas. Please be advised that there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in May of 2026. Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking. This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Ski in and Ski out feature is wonderful as well with your own private ski locker. There is a view of the pool and hot tub with a very limited view of the slopes. Next door is Cafe Diva the #1 resturant in Steamboat Springs. You need 5-7 days to make a reservation for the resturant during peak season.
