Inside, the ground floor welcomes guests with an inviting entrance hall leading to a wine cellar (currently empty), a laundry room with a washing machine, and a convenient toilet. The well-equipped kitchen boasts essential appliances, including an oven, gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave, with easy access to the garden.
