"We decided to rent this place for our annual family vacation. The weather was absolutely horrible the whole weekend, so we were so thankful to have this beautiful accommodation to stay in. The back porch and view alone made the stay worthwhile. We finally got to drop the boats for a few hours on our third day, and the dock was very convenient and easy to use. We hope to stay here again in the future."

"The room was dirty. It was the same room. I stayed in previously and can tell that they did not clean the room. The sheets had spots on them the shower had hair on the walls. The toilet would not flush when I called the manager to ask for a discount or another room he lied and said he had no rooms available though it was showing rooms available online and refused and said my room was already in a discounted rate. I would not advise anybody to stay at this property not unless you are extremely desperate."

"Our experience was horrible. Bathroom was disgusting and even found a used bandage in the bed sheets. When brought to hotel’s attention, nothing was done. We even had Expedia get involved and still nothing has been resolved or even attempted."

"We had a wonderful experience at this property. A lovely older home with loads of charm. Located in the town’s historic district, it was easy to walk to a local restaurant for dinner. The owner provided clear and easy to understand instructions. It had everything we needed and would happily stay here again."
