Pleasant staff. Pet friendly room had quite a bit of prior damage that hadnt been repaired.Shower needed some cleaning & guests definitely arent encouraged to curb their dogs.

It’s an older property, which is fine. But no coffee makers in the rooms and even the non smoking room smelled like smoke. The staff was great, friendly but they don’t have much to work with.

They say you get what you pay for, so maybe I should have known better. As a solo female traveler, I did not feel safe here. That being said, the hotel staff was very patient and accommodating with giving me a refund.

I didn't dislike anything. I knew exactly what I was getting for the price. Certain places fall into certain categories. IT was adequately clean but not new. Minor issues, nothing that really bothered me. It would probably bother a family but it's a place to flop that is adequate on a budget.

The following were all good; bed, heat, clean, furniture, sink, frig, hot water. However the following need to be improved, replaced or repaired; shower head had only 1 of 6 positions working, the bathtub drained very slowly, shower curtains were useless as water easily got through to floor, paint peeling and vent plugged

The room was great for what it was. Not fancy but not expensive, so it met all of our needs. The included breakfast is not as extravagant as seen in the pictures. Basically bagels biscuits a couple of cereals and coffee and orange juice. The low price point for the property did everything we needed.

Disappointing
Would not stay here again. Free breakfast was cereal, biscuits, yogurt & hard boiled eggs. Very disappointing. Check in staff had poor command of the English language.

Updates to room are very nice. It was quiet. Requested first floor and was accommodated. Breakfast just ok. Coffee, juice, toast, bagels, sausage gravy, biscuits, cereal, hard boiled eggs. The only complaint I have, (we were in a non smoking, pet free room) the fan in the bathroom is so smelly you can't have it on. Smells like wet dog or very bad mildew.

Overall it was a really nice stay, the staff was very friendly and courteous. The only issue was the toilet kept running at random times through the night.

It’s an older property but it was clean and comfortable especially the bed and pillows. Cable tv had hundreds of channels to choose from. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The rooms were disappointingly filthy, giving off a vibe of constant use. The staff's rudeness added to the unpleasant experience. The inconvenient separation of dining, coffee, and rooms became an aggravating hassle, especially in unfavorable weather. The only saving grace was the hotel's location, conveniently situated right across from I-81.

Some Electrical items obviously installed by amateur, outlet by sink crooked/light over sink crooked. Bottom plate on sink faucet was obviously scavenged from a different faucet and did not match. Bathroom door damaged and also causing damage to the wall. Soap dish in tub cracked and broken tile in corner of bathroom. All of this gave impression of a very shoddy operation which is a shame because the rest of the room was in good order.

At the time we stayed, the toilet bowl has a pink/red layer on the surface of the toilet. The toilet bowl should be disinfected and cleaned often. Otherwise, all were good for the price. Staff was very nice.

I have stayed there a few times before and never had any real issues. However, this time was an issue! There were 5 sheets on each bed and they were each put there, for what I can only assume to be a way to cover up the dirty one before it. It's not difficult to change sheets every day!! I worked in hotel housekeeping for many years. There is no excuse for this. The rooms are not cheap. I'm sure they can afford to care a little more! It was so bad, we packed up and left with no sleep, before 2 am. Hotels should be held to higher standards.
