A cool night in North Carolina
Given a room that someone was using already. The second room was upstairs all the way at the end. The steps had cigarette butts that had been there for awhile. Turned the sink on and rusty water came out. Otherwise, the mattress was good, sheets and towels were clean. Heat worked well and TV was new.

Physical buildings were not what was pictured on the website. Hard to find, google directions called place Sleep Inn. could have been cleaner, advertised breakfast, granola bar and coffee not breakfast

I was in the area and needed a one night stay close to my destination. I chose Days Inn because of the price. As with any low cost hotel, the smell was of a stale basement. The carpet was ripped and torn, and the bathroom door did not fit the door frame. There was a huge gap. Most hotels I stay in offer shampoo, conditioner, soap, and coffee with a coffee pot. This had soap, but none of the other things.I did have a mini fridge, but the legs were broken, so it sat on the floor making the door of it almost impossible to open. The TV was really small. That didn't bother me, as I did not watch it anyway. The receptionist was super friendly and the room was on the end in the back of the building so it was quiet. I would not stay there again due to the fact it was really outdated and the temperature could not be regulated. I also prefer a bathroom with privacy.

When we entered the room, both the shower and the toilet were dirty. I went to the night attendant, a decent and polite man, and asked to change the room. He was doing it, then a woman came by and he conferred with her about the room change. The woman was really obnoxious, she demanded my wife to come out of the room -for which I had to come back to the room- before she could enter the room because she had to enter the room. Nevertheless, they only had smokers' rooms, and if they changed to the room for a two-bedroom I had to pay a difference with respect to my reservation,. I decided the lady was a bully and decided to cancel the reservation and look around for another hotel. The facility is in a very deteriorated state. Most rooms are empty and without any kind of furniture. I will never return to that place.

For an ordinary property, I would rate this as VERY POOR! For a Wyndham property, I would state that this may be the last time I’d ever reserve accomodations at another Wyndham!

They told it will be the breakfast, if the cup of coffee and a cracker bar is the breakfast ,we had it.,Also 24 hour service, I wanted to leave at 6.30 am, nobody was at the desk, I was 3 times, nobody showed up(breakfast hours 6-9)…I left at 7.20, just dropped the keys somewhere on the table, we no any place to put them…. The floors in the bathroom and room, where the sink were moving, old people can fall easy

Beds were comfortable. Bath and toilet need to be replaced, toilet continued to run all night, tub and surround need to be reglazed( major cracks and damage) that being said , everything worked. Breakfast included was a granola bar and choice of apple, OJ or coffee to go.

It was okay. Very upset about $100 deposit on room that was supposed to be credited after we checked out. Haven’t seen it yet. Giving the hotel a call soon and will not be staying there again.

The condition of the room was quite bad. The bathroom fan sounded like a screeching cat, the tub was worn and unusable, the toilet was old and stained and the shower head was not attached to the wall. The one thing we did like was the beds. They were comfortable.

This was a LOUD location. Lots of car noise and people talking outside their rooms. Also, artificial light poured in around our curtains all night. Otherwise it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Just what we needed for one night. Linda, at the front desk, was LOVELY.
