"A very dated hotel which may have once been a 5star, but by modern standards - nowhere near it. This hotel lacks in staff experience/service quality. The building is old, the interior is dated and the rooms and amenities are not clean/of 5 Star standard quality. The rooms were not the cleanest, see pictures. "the staff was helpful. there was a small issue with the water heating system for which it took some time for them to fix and it led to us missing our breakfast. also, outside food is not allowed in this hotel, which should be changed because during kitchen's non-operational hours, the guests are on their own to manage food.
