This is a very nice hotel and very affordable. The owner is great and responsive. Rooms were amazing and larger refrigerator and freezer. This is the place to stay!

Trash outside the side doors. Looked like only 3 maybe 4 cars in the parking lot which meant they were no where close to capacity. Asked for a late check out for only 2 hours so I could pack up and clean up after I was done that morning and come back to the room. Absolutely they said but did say they would “rent” me some more time. They advertise to bring your dog. “Dogs welcomed”. Advertisement read like there was no charge For bringing your dog. But after you arrive that’s when they tell you there is a charge.

Great place to stay.
My husband and I stay in this hotel often due to his work schedule. We have always been greeted with a smile and check ins are always smooth. The rooms are good and always quiet. Overall, great place to stay and we will be staying there more in the future.

Stated on line it had breakfast but none provided. Pet fee was higher than other hotels that had better amenities. Room itself was good after having to have the manager reset the electrical box for my room.

Property was dingy and the outdoor areas were not well kept with broken furniture and mattresses around. Would def not want to be outside at night based on location and those that were around during my stay.

Maybe you have a different location issue about this. Our location was very quiet and there was no activity going on in the parking lot. so when we checked in, the room was dirty and nasty, they got us a new room but no room service, asked for towels and toilet paper none was given. had trouble with our key cards, went to the front desk and they didn’t fix that either.

Dear Nicole,I sincerely regret your negative experience at our property. Our housekeeping staff was well trained. Guest asked the housekeeper for anything supply for didn't denied always she give to customer. Our policy is we knock on doors everyday for stayover guests. If Guests left do not disturb the sign on the door so housekeeping can't open the door. Hotel lock was working fine. If you put the keycard next to any cell phone keycard was not working. so you have to go back frontdesk. If frontdesk employee didn't fix your room keycard, how would you stay at a hotel without a keycard? We are actively investigating your feedback and will take appropriate action as soon as possible. I hope you'll give us a chance to make things right for you.

Perfect place to stop for the night on a long drive. Nothing special, but gets the job. My wife found the AC in the room a little noisy, but the bed was clean and comfortable and the price was right.

This two story hotel has baggage carts for convenience of moving bags, however there is no elevator so guests must hand carry their baggage up stairs. My wife cannot make that much effort and my reserved room was not available on the first floor when I arrived.

Not terrible - partially updated - use caution
The exterior was pleasant. check-in was not too complicated, considering I arrived just after midnight. Lobby isn't open after a certain time - so you have to check in via a little window in the foyer. First disappointment - the hotel charges an additional 4% fee for using a credit or debit card. Hotel.com does not disclose that fact - so the "TOTAL PRICE" that supposedly includes taxes and fees is incorrect. The problem I think, is that hotel.com doesn't actually complete the payment, that this is done at the facility. Still - it would have been nice to know of the additional cost before I made the reservation. Property itself seemed reasonably clean. IMPORTANT NOTE - if you have physical disabilities - be sure to ask for a room on the 1st floor!!! This building does not have an elevator! Upon arrival in my room (207), I found the carpet clean. The sofa appeared new. Bed was nicely made (though if you don't like a firm mattress, be aware - its pretty firm). Sheets were clean (I carry a UV blacklight with me when traveling to check). Refrigerator was a bit noisy - complicated by the second issue: The A/C and heat did not work. Period. There is no wall thermostat - all controls are on the unit itself. There was apparently no power to the outlet or the unit was just dead. THANKFULLY, the temperatures both nights were reasonable and the humidity not too high. Bathroom floor had uneven tile and missing grout and had sharp edges.

If air condition was not working you have to let as know to frontdesk so they will be help out something When you check out you complain that’s not rights. We would love to know more about your experience. After hours you have to check in on night windows and our main door was close after hours for Security for all of In-House Guest. If guest want to use that door with guest room key cards. So, We can make the required changes and improvements. We hope to earn your business on future travels so that you can see our continuous improvement.

Check in easy, Quiet and clean. Pop machine out of my 2 selections. What I got was not cold. Ice machine not working so have to ask front desk which I did not do. Good value. Better overall than I expected in a small rural Arkansas town.

NEVER any ice EVER! No coffee pot. Hot water ran out and was told it was because it was checkout time. Towels had stains. No breakfast (has had the same sign posted for 2 years). And the staff was rude.

There was nothing actually wrong with the property except the ice machine didn't work. It was clean, priced right, and friendly. Items were older like towels etc but clean.

Stayed a few days while working in the area. Me and my guys had 4 rooms total and were very pleased. Great parking for truck with trailers of any size and a very friendly staff. Rooms were clean and beds were pleasant to sleep on. Will be staying here again when we are back in the area!

Dislikes - Very dated and old decor. No breakfast at all even tho it’s advertised. Lots of “out of service” signs. One vending machine and that’s it. Likes- price, it was cleaner than most new properties I have stayed in, even for its age. Impressed. Bed was comfortable and shower was a good size. Coffee, fridge and microwave. Overall a nice stay for the price.
