I was paying over 200 a night and the outdoor furniture was real dirty leaves everywhere and wet. The hot tub worked great. The indoor air conditioning and heating system was confusing. We had needed some flexibility with coming early, and I offered to pay extra, there was one cleaning lady for the whole place and while I understand situations like that, I waited till a few minutes after check in and the place smelled like cigarettes. I have asthma and this was not a great start. After that it went pretty well, though internet was spotty and I needed to do some school work.
