### Massive Group Chalet w/ Spa, fireplace, 10 Bedrooms – 12 to 48 Guests

Welcome to Usine Stanstead, an expansive 13,000-sq-ft chalet in Stanstead (Eastern Townships) designed for large gatherings of up to 48 guests.   
It offers nine spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, plus two additional half-baths, and a total of 25 beds (20 queens, 2 kings, 4 singles). Most bedrooms are large enough to add air mattresses if additional guest is required, and all 25 beds were purchased new in 2025.  
  
A projector, new beds, a pool table, a second fridge, and a few heat pump are recent additions of 2025.  
  
If you need catering or family photography services, just let us know, we have several trusted local partners who can help.  
  
Enjoy a 1,400-sq-ft chef’s kitchen, a cozy 800-sq-ft living room, an outdoor hot tub, and a fire pit, perfect for family reunions, friends’ getaways, and corporate retreats.  
  
Step outside and access the Tomifobia Nature Trail directly from the backyard, a 19 km scenic path ideal for cycling, cross-country skiing, or peaceful walks by the river. Just 6 km away, enjoy summer fun at Weir Municipal Beach on beautiful Lake Memphrémagog.
