Paolo and Alvis were especially helpful at check in and check out. But every single person at the reception is fantastic, it’s 24 hours you hand in your key they take care of it until you’re back whenever you want to come. Housekeeping was great and the room was incredibly clean. The area is quiet: mostly student and residential and is a 10 min walk from the metro station Bologna which connects you to Roma Termini (central station) in case you want to do day trip away from Rome, the Colosseum and many more main attractions is on the same direct line. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants around, and good night time vibe. Recommend visiting the museum that is just down the street from the hotel. Breakfast was included and was simple and tasty, coffee drinks were amazing and the staff is so lovely in the morning. Overall, highly recommend this hotel!

"Over all this hotel has managed to maintain very high standards over many years. A credit to staff and management. Rooms are great but make sure you ask for quiet side as palace side can be a little noisy. Spa facilities good standard. Close to all the best bars and restaurants in Iasi"
