It was very outdated, the bathroom door wouldn't shut and had a hole in it and they don't provide extra pillows. There was a strange smell in the room and the window was super foggy. I think with an update this place would feel cleaner and more safe.

The property is old. The room was cleanish definitely wouldn’t stay for more than a stop overnight. Many sign’s around that they aren’t responsible for what happens in their parking lot. That made us a little weary. Things ended up fine but not the best first impression when you arrive.

Nice front desk people. Beds uncomfortable, pillows horrible, floors dirty, tiles broken, lamp cord was taped together. Just not a great place, a little upkeep is needed.

Toilet broke, smelt like cigarette, the door had a punch mark in the door when we came in, a party outside our hotel room in the hallway till 12:00 and the front desk was called 2 times with the noise still not stopping. There was free breakfast and the front desk was nice when we entered. There was parking spots available.

I reserved a room with two beds, once I arrived, they give me a king bed and two small beds since they give my room to someone else for the same price. (The price for the king bed room it is cheaper) Breakfast is bad and there was nothing there. Would not recommend this hotel, can’t believe i reserved a room and they give it to someone else and got a small room for the same price. I hope to get money back.

Man at the front desk was very unhelpful, I had to pry from him what direction my room was, was simply pointed in a direction, then had to ask what floor like I was bothering. Once In the room the towel rack was falling off the wall, the toilet seat was falling off, lots of horrible repairs on the walls. Not recommended.

The only positives I have are that the sheets were clean, check in was quick and it has excellent freeway access. Along with the easy access comes the freeway NOISE. It was almost impossible to sleep until exhaustion took over. The office was dilapidated. The cabinets behind the counter had mismatched handles and the doors were falling off. I was very afraid of what the room would be like. It was tolerable for one night primarily because we left at 3 am for the airport. There is a lot of maintenance that needs to be done on the entire property.

We check in late and we started with poor service at the front desk. We were charged for the extra rolling bed even if the room says it sleeps 4. The room key was not working we had to call the front desk to open the room.property and the room was stinking…you might get sick breathing in…towels and shower supplies were poor quality and minimals. The included breakfast was terrible as only bread coffe yogurt were served in a very poor quality. I paid 217 dollars including the booking protection. I think the price is an overkill and this place does not worth a penny and should not be listed in your website

Property is very poorly maintained. Dirty. Had difficultly breathing immediately, and I rarely have problem. Then had an allegeric reaction with swelling of hands. Felt flees or bed bugs. I had to check out of hotel at 2:30 a.m. Nobody there at checkout. Avoid this property.
