The property is old, the tub also didn’t drain the water well so that when I stood in the shower to clean the water would cover my feet around my ankles. The manager was very accommodating and allowed me to check in early

The hotel lobby and common areas were very nice and updated. The beds in the room were very high and the bathroom was dated. The hallways were also losing wall paper off of the walls and also very dated. The checkin took approximate 20 mins because we booked through Expedia.

Not what we expected. Pool out of order, no breakfast on weekdays, pay for parking. Run down rooms, peeling paint and wallpaper. Chipped furniture. Bed sunken on middle. Bar food was frozen and microwaved for $$$$. We would not go back .

The pool is closed for renovations and unusable, though our gym is still available 24 hours. I am sorry you did not have a good stay. The Stamford Hotel lacks cleanliness, and is very dated. The staff also lacks knowledge about its premises. This hotel may be OK for a 1 night stay but nothing longer and I will not be returning.

The front desk staff are professional and respectful. The room was clean and comfortable. Only downside they should offer lotion and body wash.

No brindan toallas limpias a la habitación no entiendo porque piden número de personas en la habitación y dan las toallas. La piscina no la tienen habilitada y no publican ese detalle a la hora que uno reserva. Si uno los visita en familia es para usar las instalaciones. Si dice que hay piscina y cuando uno llega no está disponible eso descompone todo un viaje en familia.

Buenas noches. Preguntamos cuántas personas hay en la habitación para poder proporcionar la cantidad adecuada de toallas. Se proporcionan toallas limpias bajo petición. Sólo hay que llamar a la recepción y le enviarán otros nuevos. Lamento el cierre de la piscina. Sucedió en el último minuto y estamos tomando medidas para solucionarlo lo más rápido posible. Habría sido peligroso para cualquiera estar en el área de la piscina.

I liked that the property was very close to nice restaurants. However, this hotel is not 4 star. It served my purpose for a quick visit to see family. But would not stay there for leisure.

The clocks weren’t changed back. The staff was miserable and not personable. Easily walkable. Hidden fee’s with check in. Other than that beer was fantastic at the bar.

When We first got there there were strands of dark hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower still. We didn't make a big deal and just cleaned it up ourselves. But the reason why I will never stay at this hotel again is that upon arrival back home a few hours away we found bed bugs on our stuff that had been left in the room! Disgusting. They claimed to have had the room checked out and that it turned up empty but there's no way that's true. Lesson learned. We really enjoyed our stay otherwise, but will never be back or recommend.

Nice property located downtown but could use a room upgrade. While very clean the furniture and decor was dated and worn. The bar and restaurant area was nice and the Pizza was good as well would stay again.

Overall the stay was good. My complaints are that the furniture and shower needs a lot of TLC. The Fridge cabinet door showed major signs of water damage and the shower head needs replacing. Most of the water just flowed straight down from the head, not even half of the water spayed onto the person showering.
