It apparently, although it is technically in an exclusive area zip code wise , it is in an industrial type of area. A giant Lowe’s directly across from the lobby entrance. I can see why there is non refundable policy online booking. I would have left immediately when I approached the bulletproof glass enclosed front desk. I have opened a case against this hotel with their corporate office. I have pictures to evidence the deplorable conditions. Like all the graffiti that has been patch painted in the elevator. The clock in the room was still set an hour behind, obviously never changed for daylight savings time. We opened the refrigerator and the freezer was totally caked in frozen ice. Not a pleasant experience at all. I told them I will pursue this with everyone including the department of health.

The place looks alot nicer online ... found the place needed a good paint job and a good clean. The elevator ... The room appeared clean but under the desk was dirty and that was just a huge turn off and all I ws doing was looking for a socket to plug in my computer. It was only one night so good enough!

The hotel room looked nothing like the photos. The elevators were missing buttons and some were even popping out. There were carvings on the hotel elevator like you would see in a run-down public restroom. The ceilings were missing tiles and the rooms were dirty. Overall I’m super dissatisfied with the stay because it made me feel like I was in the housing project with the condition of it.

Please Don’t book here , it was dirty so so so dirty , the sheets had stains , the lights wasn’t working inside the rooms i had to switch my room about 3 times. The whole building needs to be shut down & rebuilt .

Of all the days to come, the power went out. Things happen, I get it, but the staffs inability to answer questions or address concerns was really bad. To make matters worse, I had work to do on my laptop that I needed to get done. Once the power was turned on I was rushed out of my room because of my checkout time. I decent thing to have done, was to offer me an outlet and a chair to get through my 15 minutes of work. Will reconsider when staying at this location. A little bit of hospitality goes a long way for me.
