"The Expedia listing needs to be clearer, we booked a Crescent room and incorrectly assumed it had a view of the crescent and area surrounding, to get the view you need to book the Crescent superior room. When asked the hotel explained but didn't suggest an upgrade, charged or free. Having said that the were many positives but some negatives for what is billed and priced as a 5* hotel.
