On arrival the hotel looks really nice and when entering the reception the staff were friendly and the area looked presentable, however on entering the room again on first looks everything seemed fine until entering the bathroom, where there was one hand towel and one bath towel, not very appropriate for a couple. The bed looked big and inviting but unfortunately the pillows looked very small in comparison, the bed itself made a lot of noise and the mattress was uncomfortable. The room I booked online looked nothing like the room we had. And on the morning between 6am and 8am we found the other customers very noisy shouting to each other and to be honest it reminded me of living in Walsall where the neighbours used to scream in the streets after a night out, I don't know what it is with people nowadays but they certainly didn't care if other people were still sleeping. On the whole the hotel is clean and tidy, however comfort value is lacking, some advice would be to make sure you know how many towels you need for customers, change the overly used mattresses and put some signs up telling people to keep quiet when checking out or going for breakfast. This is a £30 a night hotel at best. I felt overcharged.
