My husband loves the location because it is so close to his favorite barbecue restaurant, Southern Soul. Great walking neighborhood and very quiet. The beach is a short drive away as are the other amenities of SSI. There are steps in the front and back of the house and that might be a concern for some vacationers. I used the second bedroom as an office (brought my desk) and the wifi was great. Our pups loved the fenced-in backyard. You can walk everywhere. Our favorite spots within walking distance are Omcore Yoga & Body, Soul Southern BBQ, Dulce Dough (bakery), and Fuse (ice cream). All super close to the house. It's in a lovely neighborhood. Excellent location within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Emmons Realty was very responsive. Our doodles loved the back yard and enjoyed sniffing every day of our visit. Our only issue was that the mattress on the king bed was not very good and had an egg crate on top of it. The egg crate caused the mattress to slope which wasn't the most comfortable.
