Grocery stores and many shops are within a half mile. The town home is the definition of classic seaside style. Coastal details include wood floors throughout, a classic, calming color scheme with comfortable furnishings. The front entry hallway features a washroom for convenience and two closets to hang items or kick off sandy shoes. The main level has an open living and kitchen space as well as a dining table to seat 6\. The kitchen features stainless appliances, plenty of counter space and beautiful deep sink, making for a pleasant cooking space. A small patio area is accessible from the living room overlooking the duck pond. The second level features a master suite with King bed and small closet for storage as well as a full walk-in closet with plenty of hanging and floor space. The master bathroom has a spacious his and hers sink area, deep bath tub, shower, and separate restroom area with a door for privacy. On the same level are two additional bedrooms and one full bath. For your convenience the washer/dryer is also on this level. Minutes away from restaurants and activities and close to the beautiful Island beaches, this townhome has it all.
