Cozy Ground Floor Condo with King Bed & Free Parking Updated condo located on the ground floor with a private entrance. Free parking right by the condo and walk right in. The unit is in the back of the complex which provides for a tranquil and quiet stay while still being within walking distance of the complex's amenities. Situated 8 to 10 minutes of relaxed driving to the famous Clearwater Beach (ranked No1\. in the US and one of the top 10 beaches in the world) condo features a spacious living room adjacent to an open concept kitchen and dinette. In the living area there is a nice loveseat and a sleeper sofa bed sporting a comfortable mattress that can accommodate two young adults. For your entertainment there is a 55-inch Smart HDTV and fast Wi-Fi internet with ethernet capability. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a new Beauty Rest King mattress. A second 43 inch TV is installed in the bedroom which can be used for your favorite streaming app (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video etc.) The bedroom has a ceiling fan as well as a huge walk-in closet and has direct access to the modern bathroom with upgraded vanity and vessel sink as well as an included hair dryer. In unit laundry room just off the kitchen includes a full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. All linens, extra pillows, bath towels, and dish towels are provided. The Kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, electric stove, and refrigerator all of which are stainless steel and full size. The kitchen also includes a regular coffee machine, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and blender. Cabinets are fully stocked with glassware, dishes, cups, pots and pans, and utensils. Dining area provides a beautiful table that can sit four guests. The patio-type lanai porch has patio furniture which allows you to enjoy the gentle warmth of the evenings. Condo is stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, and a cooler for your fun on the areas many beautiful beaches. There is free parking right in front of the condo 20 feet or so from the front door of your condo. The complex has numerous places to park your car. There are no designated spots so park wherever you want. For your convenience your condo is accessible via a keyless entry door. Across the street from the complex there is a "Publix" supermarket 24/7\. There is a Walmart 5 min driving down S Missouri Ave. "Abe's Place Tap & Grill" restaurant is right next door and the bus stop right in front. There are many popular restaurants in the area within a 5 min. drive. At the property you can enjoy a barbecue area, fitness center, and an elegant clubhouse with business center and internet access. Must be over 25 to book. Minimum rental period: 7-days. Family with kids, young retired (snowbirds), or just couples who want to spend romantic moments - everybody is welcome. The Avalon community has an Association Application that needs to be completed and returned at least ten (10) days prior to your arrival. The fee for the application is $50 per couple and $10 for every person over 18 years old. Any one under18 years old is free. Owner was responsive to concerns.The place would be 4.5 Star with a new Bathroom, new Kitchen, new sofabed mattress and room darkening curtains. The only thing keeping it back from a full 5 Stars is the dumpster noise as it is on the corner closest to the compacting dumpster and garbage trucks. The really frustrating part of the rental was the bathroom not being clean, so I had to buy cleaning supplies (Clorox wipes, Comet, Lysol, brush, sponges and even the bath shower) and once arrived spent good two hours on scrubbing the bathtub. I even bought the toilet brush because the one that was there was beyond salvation!!! I know I was charged the cleaning fee but that shouldn’t not have been the condition of a freshly cleaned apartment, and the owner of the apartment deserves to know that whoever is being paid isn’t really doing her job. I also bought my own garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, soap etc. ##### Ana S. Clean kitchen and everything you need. Very comfortable king bed. Walk in closet, plenty of storage. The condo was very clean & comfortable located on the ground level. Made it easy to carry in groceries and beach stuff. Easy access to area beaches. The shopping & dining are within walking or short driving distance. Dishes, pots & pans, glasses & silverware provided as were towels (bath & beach) & beach chairs with umbrella. The king bed and living room furniture were very comfy (not too hard and not too soft). The owners were very helpful and considerate. Will be back! ##### Michelle K. However, this property was very disappointing. It started with the owners not sending check in instructions. We had to call them right before check in. The property was dated and not clean. There was a bad smell and the furniture was old, not comfortable and some chairs broken. The tv in the bedroom did not work. The dumpster for the entire complex is right next to the condo and the compactor ran day and night. The view off the patio is a large apartment complex next door. I would recommend anyone considering a stay at this property check some of the other low rating reviews. They are accurate ##### Cathy H. Pretty sure the 'cleaners' changed the sheets, made the bed and left. I had to clean the entire bathroom, kitchen sinks and had to empty the dishwasher from the last people that stayed there when we got there. Told owner, sent pictures and he said he'd send cleaners in the am. Ahhh I already did it all. I notice a pattern of him saying that to others in these reviews. Empty candy wrappers on floor. Garbage under bed. Nail clipper in shower. Garbage for large complex is right outside the front door and the compactor runs after every bag is thrown away. Upstairs neighbors can be heard through ceiling and if you are lucky like us they will be wearing lead shoes while doing aerobics. The view is a parking lot and a colorful apartment out your patio door. There is virtually no water pressure But... The bed was comfortable but I had to wash the quilt and shams because they were filthy and had what looked like blood on it..... Was probably just ketchup.
