The apartment was clean and the furnishings and appliances were of good quality , you can tell the owners really look after their place , it had everything we needed, and the view was amazing. Owners were easy to reach and responsive. Lots of places to eat with Johns Pass a 15min walk down the beach. The building itserf is nice, the pool is great, and the beach seconds away, but the big difference is the apartment, and the TLC the owners dedicate to absolutely everything, from the kitchen to the living room, the bedroom, the bathrooms, etc. Some examples : beach toys ? You can open a rental booth on the beach with all there is in the closet. Vacuum cleaner(s) ? Your choice : Roomba or Dyson. Did I mention the towels ? You can open a Bed, Bath an Beyond as there are so many. And all the small things that make you feel at home. Binoculars ? Of course ! And so on ... We had a wonderful time there, and if (or when) we want to spend some time on the Gulf, this is THE place. Thanks again, Kathy and Eddie ! ##### Michel H.
