This bungalow was completely remodeled (2015) and turned into a pleasant "home away from home" for anyone looking to get close to the pristine beaches of Clearwater, Honeymoon, St Pete and Caladesi Island. This home is ideal for a small group of 4-6 people. The home has two bedrooms (sleeping 4 total) and a futon-like sofa (sleeping 2). The total size of the bungalow is just over 1000 square feet. There are slate floors throughout the residence, along with all new furniture. There is central heat and AC. The first bedroom has a Full bed; the second bedroom has two Twin beds. There is a large twin-vanity bathroom with a large custom shower. The large kitchen is fully equipped with the ability to make and serve meals for groups for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a shaded back patio behind the home with furniture to lounge on and a small electric grill. The kitchen was well stocked and there were even a few extras in case you forgot something. Driving distance to the beach was short. Tarpon Springs was also very close. A lot of cute shops nearby in Dunedin. It was about an hour and a half drive to Venice for shart teeth hunting, though we did find a nice one at Clearwater beach. My wife & I stayed here for a month. Upon our arrival, everything was just as stated in the ad. The unit was very clean and had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and bathroom. Water pressure was great and I loved the walk in shower! Having the attached garage was also a big plus for us as we had brought E-bikes with us and were able to store them safely in there and take off from there for riding the Pinellas trail. Not so close to beaches & Clearwater! As it seemed we were very close to the city of Dunedin - not so much to Clearwater!! Lots of steps in the house!! Fence outside was good but def not for little dogs as it is open in areas of the front yard!! Also information for activities in the area was 2 years old! This home is decorated with a flamingo theme! Perfect for Clearwater I think the owner had fun shopping for the perfect decor! We were able to step into the kitchen and cook, with most every utensil and cookware we needed. The neighborhood was a working class, quiet place. We were located so close to Dunedin, it was a quick drive to get to anything we need. Our only complaint was the water pressure in the kitchen and bathroom. The shower, dishwasher and clothes washer were all fine, but the water pressure in the sink was barely useable. The property manager told me they are working on it. A warning for people with pups, the fenced in yard was great for our GSD, but the fence has gaps at the bottom, so I was not able to let my terrier off-leash. The slate floors were great, and the decor was cute. We would recommend to others! ##### Luann H. No problems in that neighborhood. The only things we will complain about are \*No water pressure in the bathroom sinks \*Coffee maker did not work but there are cute coffee shops in downtown Dunedin minutes away. \* Too strong of flowery smells in the bedding.
