Private Room & Entrance near beach & downtown!

Private entrance & master bedroom with King/Double bed, bathroom and walk in closet in the room, exclusive fridge. TV in room with firestick (Prime, Netflix, Disney, Freevies, etc). A separate guest dining area available for guests. Separate guest kitchen cabinets with pots, utensils.

Screened in porch next to the room, a nice backyard, spacious guest dining and living room. Space available in the garage to store bikes, kayaks, etc.

This room is close to the beach, downtown and bus stop.
The space
5 miles to Clearwater Beach. 5 minutes to Downtown Clearwater. 30 minutes to Saint Pete Beach. 30 minutes to Tampa International Airport. Close to Saint Pete College. 0.5 miles, 10 mins walking distance to strip mall that has Publix grocery store, restaurants, gym, etc. Cliae proximity to the Mall, Mini golf, water activities, beautiful lake parks, and trails for biking or a leisurely stroll based on your preference.

You will love staying in this quiet, peaceful, beautiful neighborhood. The house has a nice screened in porch and a backyard. If you are lucky, you will see butterflies, blue Jay, the cardinal, and other birds that vary per season.

Guest has a separate living/dining area (not the main living room as it is used by the host family).
