The resort and location were amazing! The rooms itself were very basic but the amenities and location made up for everything the actual room lacked. Staff was super friendly and accommodating!

We enjoyed the pool and close proximity to the beach. Unfortunately we weren’t permitted to sit in the first couple of rows of loungers on the beach without paying an add’l charge. Rental prices of the cabana’s were exorbitant. Resort needs updating (plumbing, A/C unit continually ran without being able to adjust).

Older facility but great atmosphere. Employees are great! Great onsite bars and walking distance to some cool places. Only bad thing is bathroom is very small in our room and tub/shower outdated. No ceiling fans and poor lighting. Love this place and definitely would love to return.

This place is in need of a complete make-over. The rooms are worn out, and the bathroom was disgusting. We paid over $700 for a two night stay. Never again.

The hotel itself has a really cool set up and retro vibe to it. It’s not the newest spot on the block but I found it solid for what I was looking for. The PCI bar and DJ set up did get a bit loud throughout the day and the evening (note it was at Patrick’s day) but it was over promptly by 10pm- so I’ll give them that! Would recommend.

Had a great stay. Property was nice a little outdated but not as bad as the reviews say, You don’t spend a ton of time in your room and the property was nice. Steve at the front desk was extremely nice and Larry the bar tender was the best. Would stay again!

Definitely caters to a younger crowd. Amenities are more about activities, than luxury. Rooms are super basic, but the common spaces have plenty to offer. Be prepared to hike to your room, especially if on the 2nd floor. Extremely dog-friendly though (provided that your dog will pee on astroturf!)

Great location right on the beach, with many restaurants, 7-11, and shops within walking distance. The decor was cute and there were some nice amenities like the cafe for morning coffee, pool table, pool, etc. There were times when it was quite a party spot, but it wasn't noisy from the room at night.

Lovely location and staff. However, rooms need significant updating in all aspects: from cosmetic (i.e., walls were completely bare, there was no decor of any kind) to structural (i.e., bathroom door is damaged from moisture, because there is no fan, was halfway painted, difficult to close) The staff was absolutely wonderful and the location cannot be beaten, but overall I'd give up the location in exchange for a room that is comfortably equipped.

Beautiful property the grounds were well maintained nice landscaping and friendly staff that was very helpful. The room however had a couple booklights on the beds that didn’t work as well as end table lamp. And the bathroom sliding door had a broken lock to hold it shut. Honestly didn’t bother me at all, but that is the case for the room me and my daughter stayed in. But I love the location all the amenities and would most likely return. I had a pretty great time there .

When we arrived our rokm was not ready after 4. Which check in says 4 on the website. Our room was pretty dirty. Like a hurry quick wipe down and go. Hairs in shower n window around shower unit. Coffee that was clearly split near the coffee maker on floor by that point i didnt complain, just cleaned it myself

The common areas are cute, nice vibe. Coffee and food was good but they don't take cash. They have oversized games, shuffleboard and books. Free bikes you can take to explore the area and right on the beach. Our room, however wasn't even close to being ok for the price. Zero pictures on the walls, extremely scuffed up old furniture ( I could have done better myself picking up thrift store stuff). Couldn't control thermostat and the pool heater wasn't working and "currently bring replaced" when I asked. We decided to ditch our stay after the first night and moved elsewhere for some price and far better accomodations. The front desk was extremely cool about letting us out without charges and seemed to agree with my complaints. They said it's under new management and they doing renovations. You can tell they put effort in common areas and our room was on the outside (classic) rooms without a view so perhaps they were getting to ours last to remodel.....but they should state that up front and give it for a very much reduced rate. It was a 50 dollar room at most

We had a wonderful stay. Great location right on beach & near restaurants. Great staff ( Chris in particular) . Only negative was that the baths in room & furniture weee old & need to be refurbished.

lets start with the things to be aware of: the property looks very worn down, dated, rooms smell damp, grounds not well maintained with old pool furniture, limited landscaping, etc. does not present at all like the website pics. the location is not walkable for many of the most popular st pete beach bars/restaurants, but we had no problem getting fairly priced ubers. now the positive: every staff member we encountered really tried to make up for the dingy surroundings, very friendly and helpful. they use a text system which worked very well for getting needs met. but overall for the price, keep looking.

Rooms need an upgrade. Provide a fridge, real coffee maker and microwave on every room. Restrooms need a vanity with a small counter or at least a cabinet.
