        Fabulous Stay

We rented this home in Baywood Village for a 4 night stay. The house was wonderful - everything in the house is very up to date and it is very nice. The back of the house has both a screened porch and a very large deck, including two grills (one gas, and a Green Egg) built into a counter top bar on the patio. The dock out to the waterway was also very pleasant. We chose to rent a pontoon boat from the owner and that was very enjoyable also. We were able to take the boat out into the sound near the barrier islands and to see lots of wildlife. We also liked the location of the house. We were within 1 mile of a excellent bike trail (Fred Pinellas trail) and there were good rides heading both north and south from where we connected. We would definitely recommend this house for a stay.

        5/5 Excellent

Very comfortable and well laid out for a relaxing time.

Quick boat ride to Anclote, Three Rooker, or Caladesi keys. Awesome sunsets and beaches to take in.

            Beautiful, comfortable, great location!

We had a wonderful time renting this house in Baywood Village, Palm Harbor. We stayed for eight nights. The views of the canal are lovely, with a large deck to sit and relax. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house is close to other houses but the foliage in between gives a lot of privacy. The kitchen has been upgraded with new, high end appliances. The washer and dryer are a bonus with lots of space for our groceries in the large pantry and empty cabinets. The beds and linens are clean and new. Many details are well thought out with the overall place being clean and new. The location works out well with Tarpon Springs, Safety Harbor, Dunedin and Oldsmar being 10-20 mins away. We visited Fred Howard Park and the Sponge Docks in Tarpon Springs. We also enjoyed Hellas Restaurant (great Greek food) and bought some fish at the fish market- Pelican Point, next door to Rustie Bellies Seafood Restaurant. We visited Honeymoon Island State Park, in Dunedin. We love walking the Osprey Trail to watch the birds. We also visited Third Friday in Safety Harbor. There are many restaurants there with live music. We started at 8th Ave Pizza and ended in Nolan's, a cute little pub. In Oldsmar, there is a great little Cuban restaurant called Cuban Foodies and we also ate at Hot Tuna Sushi, which was excellent. Thai Nana and Gino's Pizza (New York style) in Palm Harbor are also very good. Overall a 5 star experience.
