Spacious & Comfortable-Relax in 1,656 square foot of open living space that is newly renovated to an all white modern beachy concept with high ceilings, stylish decor and expansive windows that flood the condo with natural light.  
  
Gourmet Kitchen fully supplied and equipped with premium stainless steel appliances including an ice machine, quartz countertops and infinity island for tons of space while cooking or entertaining.  
The Laundry Room is right off the kitchen with a newer Washer & Dryer and also a pantry for your food/drink storage.   
  
Luxurious Bedrooms - Large Master bedroom with upgraded King mattress that is adjustable to you preference. It has a walk in closet and private balcony, Smart TV, newer furniture with plenty of drawer storage in the closet and also in the large dresser and 2 night stands. The Master bath has a large shower and a spa like bathtub.  
The Guest Bedroom is spacious as well and also has a walk in closet, Smart TV and balcony access.   
  
The Living Room area is spacious and walks out to the private balcony where you can enjoy a stunning sunset view or the beautiful resort next door.  
The Living room has a sectional sofa that is electric to adjust to your comfort as well as charge your phone while you are relaxing.   
Unwind by the modern electric fireplace where you can set the mood with adjustable flame colors-perfect for a cozy night in after a day at the beach. It even has heat for those chilly nights.

Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.  
  
This is a non-smoking unit and pet free.  
There will be a $350 fee assessed if unit smells of smoke by management.
