The pool was nice to come back too after a day of being out and about. Not far from Clearwater Beach about 10 min drive. Very responsive owners. We had a great visit and would return if we needed a location in the Clearwater/Indian Rock beach areas. If I had to say one thing negative it would be that the battery went out on the auto door lock, but even that went without a hitch and is not a complaint (or impacting the perfect 5\* rating). The owners came out Thanksgiving morning to try to change it and when they couldn't they provided a physical key, and our day was not interrupted. The unit sits on the ground level and met our needs for space. The guest bathroom was a bit slow to drain, but that appears to be an install issue and didn't stop our girls from using it. The location is great - walking distance to grocery, shopping and restaurants. We found some good eats and recommended some of the places to our son who lives in St. Petersburg. The property management office close at 3PM and the check-in time is 4PM. The A/C was broke when we checked in and the only contact was the property management, but we were lucky that someone was still there to contact the owner to report the A/C was out. Thursday night and Friday night say were without A/C and no attempts by the owner to rent or buy a portable A/C for relief from the heat. The A/C was finally fix Saturday afternoon. Our stay ended Monday morning 10AM. The fridge broke the next day after our arrival, but it was repaired the next day. The owner basic attitude was not to lose money for repairs problems that happen over the weekend. Also, we found small roaches in the unit. ##### Harold K. Le building a l’air un peu défraîchi et la barrière de sécurité pour l’accès au stationnement restait ouverte alors qu’elle devait être fermée à partir de 20h.Le logement est décoré avec goût les pièces sont grandes la grande chambre très pratique avec le dressing. Les enfants ont beaucoup aimé la piscine chauffée. Coup de cœur aussi pour le Food truck de tacos mexicain situé à quelques pas dans le parking du Publix et le Joe pizza à quelques minutes.
