Many updates - Home away from home Emerald Isle 304 is a GOLD rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach. This cozy 3rd floor corner vacation rental includes a private Gulf front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Vacation rental 304 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Color Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local calls and Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. Washer & Dryer in condo.

No Smoking. One Parking Space. Saturday arrivals only in peak seasons. Maximum occupancy: 4 persons (including infants).

Emerald Isle Stay

Our condo was beautifully furnished and decorated. We had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find a dishwasher as it wasn't listed on the VRBO site. Loved the view from our balcony,sunsets, dolphins and waves!!

Nice vacation

The property was clean & in a good location. We enjoyed spending time at the pool and beach. The check in process was quick & easy and we were even able to check in a little early. All in all, it was a nice stay!

Great Condo

Great place to rent. The manager with whom we interacted communicated wonderfully. Since I am a big fan of communication, this was awesome. The condo was very clean, parking was easy....would definitely stay again.

Fantastic condo on the beach

There were 20 of us at a family reunion and altogether we rented 5 separate condos in this building. The building is nice and quiet with only 24 units total so the pool area was never crowded. What we especially loved about this unit was the fact it has its own washer and dryer = a huge plus. Very well stocked and equipped with a super comfortable master bed. Highly recommend this - we will be back next year.

North Beddington Beach was great

As expected, we were allowed to check in early since the condo was ready. Just a couple of minor issues that were rectified within an hour. Weather was great and the location was well maintained with plenty of amenities.

property was clean and nicely furnished. location was good, with restaurants right across the street and within walking distance north and south. thermostat was a bit touchy, but otherwise would stay here again. only wish i didnt forget to pack about 6 shirts when we left, they seem to haave disappeared .

Beautiful views, right on the beach

First year in North Redington, beautiful beach. Clean, as pictured, nicely decorated, has everything you need to cook, nice decor/updated, bonus: has washer & dryer, (not all units in this complex do)Pool was nice, beach is steps away. Easy check in and out. The only thing I would add is beach towels. When you fly there, hard to pack towels. Would definitely stay here again

Comfortable and Clean

Easy check in and check out. Place was very clean with well stocked kitchen and plenty of bathroom towels. There are no beach towels, but that is stated. Beds are comfortable. Balcony is small but comfortable seating with great views to the west and north. Saw dolphins swimming several times. Wonderful stay

Home away from Home

We enjoyed the condo very much! Everything had been updated inside and it was relaxing when we were inside taking a break from the wonderful beach. One big plus was having access to the washer and dryer in the room, unlike my relatives, theirs was locked up and said Owner Storage. Thank you! Will be back next year.

Lovely location.

Beautiful view. Place is clean and well kept. Appreciated the washer and dryer. Pool is so nice and clean. Grill and locks to pool area could be updated. Kitchen had everything we needed. Furniture was clean and comfortable. Also plenty of bath towels at the ready. Love the shell collection and bulletin board.

Amazing sunsets

A nice and clean condo in a great location on the gulf Kitchen was equipped enough to prepare the basic meals. The washer and drier ware very convenient to use in the unit. The rooms are specious , the only thing that was inconvenient was the second bedroom beds lay out that blocked the door from closing We enjoyed the easy access to the beach , calm blue waters and amazing sunsets each day. Priceless Thank you!

Beautiful getaway ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Check in was easy. The condo was so beautifully decorated that it made the stay much more enjoyable. The kitchen was stocked with more than enough for our needs. Each bathroom had plenty linens. The bathrooms were a good size with sizable showers. The washer/dryer available in the condo was a plus! The view from the tall patio chairs on the balcony each day was stunning. Additionally, the condo was very clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable and that was such a relief knowing we would all rest well each night. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Great view, beautiful beach.

Nicely decorated, very comfortable condo though smaller than I expected. The view certainly makes up for it. The kitchen is more than well stocked. Everyone was very friendly. The building is older but up graded except that keys are necessary to enter the common areas and to get in and out of the pool area both from the building and the beach. All the locks are hard to maneuver and should be replaced.

Amazing ocean views and sunsets - relaxing vacation

We loved this place! Super clean and convenient, a quick elevator ride down (or stairs) and walk out to the pool and beach. Loved that you could sit at the pool and have a full view of the beach and ocean. The sand is super soft and there is plenty of beach for everyone. Sunsets were amazing on the beach or viewed from the condo balcony. Total of 24 units (4 per floor) so wasn’t crowded and got to know some of the same people at the pool and beach and kids made new friends to swim or play with. We loved Burrito Social (conveniently across the street along with Dunkin’ Donuts), headed down to John’s Pass to spend most of a day as well. Alligator / exotic pet rescue in John’s Pass was very cool for the kids!
