Only 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 30 minutes to downtown Tampa, it's a great home base for beach days, city outings, and everything in between. Getting Around: Guests can get around easily by walking, biking, or driving. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, with stores and restaurants nearby. For beach trips or exploring the area, a car, or a rideshare service is needed. There’s plenty of space for parking right in the driveway, making it hassle-free for guests with vehicles. Other Things to Note: Air Mattress Available Upon Request: If your reservation includes 10 guests, we’re happy to provide an air mattress to ensure everyone has a comfortable place to sleep. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you.
