We were looking for something lower cost since it was just going to be a bedroom for us. The owner was very responsive to us. Only two issues we had:1\. There was a musty smell in the bungalow. I blamed it on the A/C unit (reason for the 3-star on cleanliness - the rest of it was very tidy)2\. The bed sheets weren't great.Otherwise, perfect for what we needed it for!
