Fishing, boating, swimming, relaxing sunsets, shell seeking, sun bathing, restaurants, shopping, deep sea fishing excursions, gambling cruises and world famous JOHNS PASS VILLAGE are all within walking distance for your enjoyment. This condo has a beautiful ocean front view from the living/dining area and master bedroom. The 2 bedroom 2 bath unit has a tv in each bedroom and a flat screen tv in the living room. The building has a heating pool, sun bathing deck and an elevator and two staircases. Saturday to Saturday rentals only. We love pets but they are not allowed. If this unit is booked check out 1023318. Just a short drive to St. Petersburg/Clearwater and its attractions (Pier, Dali Museum, Baseball Spring Training, golf/tennis) is only 20 minutes away; Tampa has a beautiful aquarium and Busch Gardens are 45 minutes away. Orlando and its attractions (Walt Disney World, Universal, Sea World) is less than 2 hours away We have an extra large open air balcony and the best rates on the beach!!! You would be renting from an owner and we pass the savings along to you so you, we have may guest that return year after year and know you will have a great time and would want to return again and again. Rentals are weekly, Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is 4 p.m. Saturday and check out by 10:00 a.m. the following Saturday. We had an amazing time! The property was nice and we greatly appreciated the beach toys and tent/umbrella. Its the small things but when you're traveling and have kids, having those items there is a huge benefit! We are very happy and can't wait to come back! Kima 405 was the perfect central location for lots of daily adventures. Excellent air-conditioning for the July visit and was clean and comfortable. Had many extras other VRBOs do not. The condo was clean and painted in bright beach palettes. The proximity to the beach is awesome. Close to John’s Pass, dining and recreation. The pool was warm and immaculately clean. Our condo was perfect, and dealing with Charles "Chuck" was a breeze. Our first time on the gulf, and we loved it. Beautiful gulf views and the beach was gorgeous. The property was spotless. The ara is great and plenty to do. Not a bad drive from the airport. LOVED John's Pass. There is a great deal of places to eat. Average prices, but the DEAL you get here is even better. Hoping to stay again this year!!!! BUT inside condo needs a lot of improvement . I am writing this so people will not choose any units from this particular condo site. There was nothing good to say from the renting, communicating or staying in this unit. This is your vacation, your time and your money don't make a poor choice. READ ALL REVIEWS! ##### mary ann s. ### 2/10 Terrible #### jodi c. 10 Apr 2018 #### Very out of date accommodations Good location, clean, but the dishwasher needed ran 3 times to get dishes clean. Ended up hand washing. Sliding door stuck and I was afraid to use it after that. Manual can opener did not work. Remote to one of the TVs didn't work. If you were late to book and this was the only one available, I would stay here. Otherwise, I would not stay again.
